We forgot about mice in Texas !!!! Look like field mice to me...one got in the truck cause I left the window open about an inch. Found evidence in the underbelly that there was one in there. Today we are sitting on the couch and one peeks out from under one of the chair in the rear of the 5er.
Now we have three cats.. one was asleep, and missed the whole thing..another watched with great interest but never made a move to get the thing. The third and newest cat didn't see it at first but when he did he tried everything to get it..unfortunately the only thing they managed to do is run it into one of the heater vents.
Mouse patrol is my "other" fulltime job. :-)

I feel your "Eek! A mouse!" We have one off and on in our freakin' ceiling/attic for several weeks. Hard to get a trap up there due to space limitations and it seems to ignore the ones that are there. We're frustrated!
